We confirm the details together
We check the physician's prescription or recommendation and confirm the patient's allergies, current medications and the supplies needed.
We set off
We give you an estimated arrival time. Within our service areas, we aim to be at your door within 30 minutes of your call.
Safe care at home
Our healthcare staff follow hand-hygiene rules and give the treatment with sterile single-use supplies, in line with the prescription, while observing the patient.
Completion and aftercare
Medical waste is collected in line with the regulations. We explain what to watch for afterwards and, if needed, schedule the next visit.
