How do I book a visit?

How quickly can you arrive?
Within our service areas, we aim to be at your door within 30 minutes of your call. Arrival times depend on traffic and how busy we are, so we'll give you an estimate when you call.
Do you give treatments without a prescription?
No. We only give medications, IV drips and injections with a physician's prescription or recommendation.
Are the supplies sterile?
Yes. We use sterile single-use supplies, and used needles and medical waste are collected in line with the regulations.
Should I call you in an emergency?
No. For emergencies such as loss of consciousness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, signs of a stroke or heavy bleeding, call 112 immediately. Şifa Evde Sağlık is not an ambulance or emergency service.
