Our website doesn't collect data
Our website has no user accounts and uses no cookie-based tracking or visitor analytics. Forms on the site don't send your details to a server; the visit request form only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device.
When you contact us
Your name, contact details, address and health information shared by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram are processed only to plan and provide the healthcare service you've requested.
Health data is a special category of personal data under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). We process it only as far as the service requires and in line with the principle of confidentiality.
Third-party services
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps, those services' own privacy policies also apply.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send us your requests by phone or WhatsApp.
